Get Ripped Fast with this super plan

During your quest to get ripped fast it is massively important that you keep your body well energized and suitably well fed with a stream of good, healthy, nutritious food.

You will need to perform a mixture of both cardio and weight based training; this will ensure that as well as muscular growth you will have a solid base on which to build upon.  You should vary your diet and eating patterns depending on whether you are on a cardio or weight training day.
Here are some tips for what you should be doing with regards to your diet and eating plan on your cardio days.

  • Wait at least half an hour after you finish your session before you eat

This is an extremely helpful and in some ways an easy tip to follow. You shouldn’t eat straight after the end of your cardio workout and the reason why is that just after you finish the exercise blood will still be rapidly pumping all over your body, which dramatically reduces your digestion abilities. Simply by waiting about half an hour your body will have cooled down and be ready to quickly and properly digest the food allowing you to get the maximum benefits including all the nutrients.

  • Vary what you eat after your workouts depending on if you are looking for performance gains or weight loss

If you are looking to lose weight with your cardio exercising then after you finish, wait 30 minutes or so and then eat a meal which contains a high protein source and vegetables.
You should avoid carbohydrates and any foods that contain high amounts of sugars as these will help you recover but are not great for weight loss.

Something like chicken and a green salad would be absolutely ideal.

If you are not worried about losing weight then you should eat a high carb meal as this is the most effective way to restore your muscles energy.

When performing cardio you should be aware of what your aims is so you can alter your diet appropriately. If you are looking to get cut fast then you should alter your diet accordingly.
